The first meeting of the KA2 AEF YOUTH project was held in Malta, specifically in the town of Sant Julian.
All participants were located in private accommodation called Dean Hotel, in St. Julians. In total there were 9 participants from 5 different associations (MAD for Europe, Asociatia EU-RO-IN, Agrupamento de Escolas de Benavente, SERINDFORM SRL and I.E.S SANTA ENGRACIA). From Malt host organization, Training to Malta, there were 2 of them.

Wednesday 7th March
​
This was the first day of the meeting and all partners started visiting a High School in Malta for a first contact with students and teachers. The school was Santa Monica’s, in the town of Gzira. MAD for Europe (the partner organization) presented the Project to a class. In this presentation, all the partners participated and each one made a brief exposition of their school or association.

Later, they went to Sant Julians where they had the meeting. MAD for Europe presented their organization and later the whole project: the objectives, characteristics, goals, as well as the functions given to each partner.

All the partners had a social lunch in a local restaurant.
​
After lunch, MAD for Europe explained to the rest of the partners the actual situation of the gender violence index in adolescents in Spain and, at the end, all partners introduced specific situation of the index of gender violence in adolescents in their country. After the presentations, they finished.

Thursday 8th March
​
On Thursday, they went again to the meeting room where they decided dates and schedules of the project (the meetings and reporting). The exact activity plan, deadlines and roles of all partners were introduced. Partners agreed about the activity plan for the project first year.

Later, Training to Malta, took all of them to a guided tour in La Valeta and, after the cultural visit, they we said goodbye. Departure day and no activities were planned.
